Everything About Withdrawal – Simple and Fast, Directly from Your Account!

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind or your skin might not actually need the product you selected. We want the return process to be just as smooth and stress-free as placing your order.

According to the European Union and Hungarian regulations (the latest amendment to Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) on detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses), from June 19, every online store must provide an easily accessible, simplified withdrawal button for customers. We are happy to comply with this obligation because your convenience comes first! Below, we have summarized how you can use this feature and the most important rules.

How does the new withdrawal button work?

You no longer need to write complicated emails or search for forms. If you want to withdraw from a purchase, you can do it with just a few clicks from your profile:

1. Log into your account: Click the link below to sign in:

2. Select the order: In your profile, find the order for which you want to indicate your withdrawal intention.
3. Click the withdrawal button: You will find the simplified withdrawal button on the order details page.

💡 Important information: According to the regulations, this button is available and visible on the interface for 14 days following the preparation of the order. After this period, the legal withdrawal deadline expires, and the button will automatically disappear.

Please note – Exceptions where the right of withdrawal does not apply

Although you can exercise the right of withdrawal for most of our products, due to legal regulations and the nature of certain products, there are some exceptions where we cannot accept returns:

• Gift vouchers and gift cards: Since these are considered digital or immediately usable products, the right of withdrawal does not apply after purchase.
• Products with imminent expiration: For cosmetics with a very short shelf life (products advertised as close to expiration or on sale), based on legal exceptions (products that preserve quality for a short time), cancellation and return are not possible.
• Opened hygiene products: Please remember that cosmetics are health and hygiene products. If you have already opened the product’s protective packaging (foil, sticker, seal), according to the law, we cannot accept the return because the product can no longer be resold.
